Notification regarding the organization of affiliation (activity)

If you continue to stay in Japan after your period of study at Tottori University is over, for example to find a job or to continue your studies (if you continue to stay in Japan and have a residence card), you must submit a “Notification regarding the organization of affiliation (activity)” to the Immigration Bureau. This procedure must be carried out within 14 days of the date of the change. The notification must be carried out by yourself. There may be penalties (fines, refusal of extension of period of stay) for failure to notify. Please be sure to carry out the notification.

※If you are leaving Japan after graduation, for example to return to your home country (and you are returning your residence card when you leave Japan), you do not need to submit this notification.

If you send a notification to Tokyo Immigration bureau via mail, please enclose a copy of your resident card.

Please go to the Immigration at YONAGO airport and submit the required documents.
