If you wish to enter Japan, you must obtain a student visa. The process from application to arrival in Japan is as follows.

① Entrance Examination Application
↓
② Entrance examination
↓
③ Notification of acceptance or admission decision
↓
④ Notification of required documents for application for Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) (sent to the applicant by the IAD(※), Tottori University)
↓
⑤ Application for CoE
↓
↓ (Usually it takes about approx. one (1) month.)
↓
⑥ Issuance of CoE (via email)
↓
⑦ Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in your home country by yourself
↓ （Usually it takes approx. one (1) week.)
↓
⑧ Once the visa is issued, book your flight ticket
↓
⑨ Departure for Japan
