In principle, from 1 month up to 6 months.

Electricity & Gas
Electricity for all rooms, as well as gas for Twin Rooms (C) and Triple Rooms (D), require an individual contract between the resident and the respective utility companies.
(The manager will handle the setup procedures at the time of your move-in.)
Please pay these bills individually at convenience stores or other designated payment locations
Water
Water is contracted collectively by the Kaikan.
Every month, the manager checks the water meter for each room and informs you of the charges. Please pay this amount together with the common area fee.
Utility Fees for Common Spaces
The electricity, water, and gas costs for common spaces are shared equally among all residents.
The manager will bill you monthly, and this should be paid along with your common area fee.
