烏取大学では、海外渡航を予定しているすべての学生は、事前に「海外渡航届」の提出が義務付けられています。これは皆さんが海外滞在中に災害やテロなどの緊急事態が発生した際、迅速に安否確認を行うため必要な手続きです。
旅行などの私事渡航や留学生の一時帰国であっても提出が必要ですので、必ず下記の手続きに従い必要事項を入力の上、帳票印刷後、署名、押印を取り付け所属学部教務係（烏取地区医学部1年次は教育支援課、米子地区学生は学務課学生係）へ提出してください。

All students who plan to travel abroad are required to submit the “Notification of Overseas Travel Form” in advance of their departure from Japan. This is necessary for safety confirmation in case of emergencies, such as natural disasters or terrorism, while you are abroad. It is also necessary to submit this form before making any kind of international travel, including privately arranged trips.
If you plan to travel abroad, please follow the steps written in the URL below and fill out the “Notification of Overseas Travel Form” online. Then, submit a printed copy of the completed form to the Academic Affairs Section (Kyōmu Kakari) of your faculty or graduate school.
