To all Privately Financed Undergraduate and Graduate Students

We would like to inform you about the application for tuition fee exemption for the 2nd semester of the Academic year 2024.

Please note that the department for submission is different for undergraduate and graduate students.

【Undergraduate students】

Please prepare the following documents and submit them to the Student Exchange Section, International Affairs Division.

(Required Documents) *1 to 3 can be downloaded.

1. Tuition Fee Waiver Application Form
2. Family Situation Report
3. Certificate of (expected) salary payment or a copy of withholding tax (only if you are working part-time)
4. A copy of the certificate of residence (obtain from the city office or a convenience store. If you obtain it at a convenience store, you will need your my number card.)

Submission deadline: September 9 (Mon.), 17:00

【Graduate students】

Please check the following pages and submit the required documents to the Scholarship Section, Student Affairs Division (Tottori area) or the Student Affairs Division, Student Affairs Section (Yonago area).
