Information on the Residence Card
for international students

Universities that host international students are required by the government to maintain accurate records of students holding the “Student” status of residence.
Please do not simply complete the necessary procedures; be sure to share a copy of your updated Residence Card (both sides) with the IAD each time.
<Examples of Changes to Registered Information>
-Obtaining permission for activities outside the scope of your status of residence
-Change of residence (address) due to moving
-Changes to other registered information (name, date of birth, gender, nationality/region)
