Tottori University International Exchange Center

It was found that two students commuting to Tottori Campus were infected with COVID-19 on Tuesday, July 27.

In accordance with this, all classes including experiments and exercises and regular examinations, and laboratory activities from the third period of class on July 28 (Wed.) to July 30 (Fri.) will be handled as follows.

• Classes will be held online or on demand
• Examination will be held as scheduled with thorough countermeasure against the infection.　　※Please be sure to wear a mask, to disinfect hands, and ventilation and disinfection of desks after classes, etc.
• Please follow the instruction of each faculty regarding on laboratory activities.

As all students have been taking required countermeasures to prevent the infection daily, we encourage everyone to continue following required protocols: Avoid “Three Cs (Closed spaces, Crowded spaces, Close contact settings)”, social distancing (maintain 2 meters from others), wearing face masks, washing hands, and ventilating frequently.

Also, please avoid visiting or traveling to areas where more and more confirmed cases are known to exist, such as Tokyo.
