JICA-DSP is being carried out by JICA as part of official development assistance (ODA) by the government of Japan. JICA-DSP is offered for international scholars accepted as the participants of JICA’s Knowledge Co-Creation Programs, hereinafter referred to as “JICA scholars”, who are enrolled in a degree program at a Japanese university.
