The Dormitory for International students will temporarily recruit as follows, 

 

1. Extension Period

   October 1st, 2021 – End of March 2022　

However, there's a possibility that above period may be shortened. Re-extension of stay will not be permitted.

 

2. Conditions for Extension of Stay

    Tenants must be:

1. Those who understand that the following actions may be required before the expiration of the extension period depending on the status of the new international student's arrival in Japan.

　　・Moving out before the expiration date　　
　　・Changing the room　　
　　・Sharing room (only with same gender)　　
　　・If the above action is necessary, it may be decided by lottery

2. Those who can move out of the Dormitory by March 18, 2022
3. Those who can pay deposit and cleaning fee when moving in
4. Those who can pay rent, common area fee, and other expenses such as water and gas by a fixed date every month.

 

 

3. Applicant Requirement

　Those who have moved in since October 2020 and have been in residence for one year.

 

   

4. Application Period and Place

　Application period:  July 30th (Fri.), 2021 – August 5th （Thu.), 2021

5. Other

　In principle, those who are permitted an extension will be allowed to use the current rooms.
