Students who will graduate or complete their studies at Tottori University in April 2026 and plan to remain in Japan for employment must confirm the following.

　Every year, many applications for residence are submitted between January and March with the aim of starting work in April. If the required documents are not complete or the application is submitted late, the application may not be reviewed by the desired date.
　Therefore, If you wish to start working in April, please apply between December 1st and the end of January.
*If there are insufficient documents to submit or if confirmation is required based on the content of the application, the review may not be completed by the desired deadline.

　In addition, if the documents are insufficient at the time of application, it will lead to a delay in the review.

 When applying, please refer to the list of documents to be submitted and make sure you have all the required documents.
