【Qualified Applicants】

1. Those who come to Japan from developing countries with a per capita GDP of less than US$7,000 per year
   (Based on IMF, World Economic Outlook Database, October 2024)
2. Those whose research or training focuses on specific thematic technologies for the development of developing countries (with particular priority given to civil engineering, architecture, electricity, machinery, agriculture, environment, development economics, etc.)
3. Those who have a nominator at the educational institution where they are enrolled as a student.

【Scholarship】

• Scholarship period：1 year (*One-year extension is possible if the requirements are met)
• Monthly allowance：From 80,000 yen to 100,000 yen per month
  (The monthly allowance will be determined by the Managing Committee.)
• This scholarship can be combined with other scholarships.

【Recruit Period】
  January 17, 2025 (The registration will close at 22:00)

【Scholarship Recipients】
  12 students in principle
