We would like to announce you that COVID-19 vaccine boosters are now available for all students on campus. If you would like to get booster shot on campus, please read the important notice below, as well as the “Instructions on COVID-19 Vaccination”, then schedule your appointment through the link below by April 21st.

・Eligibility：International students and their family members (18 years and older) who have received two doses of vaccine.

Up to 35 people per group. First-come-first-served basis.
・It takes about an hour. Please make sure to arrive on time.
・“Preliminary medical questionnaire” with the vaccination ticket printed on it, delivered from the Tottori city office, is required (your own printouts will not be accepted unlike the 1st and 2nd shot. If you have lost it or have not received it by the day of your appointment, please contact IAD staff).
・Your family members can also get booster shot (18 years and older). If you wish to have your family members vaccinated, please fill out the same appointment form.
・Appointments for international students will be handled by the IAD.
・It is not compulsory. There is no disadvantage for students not taking the booster shot.
・Necessary items for the day will be announced later.
