Ski training tour in Mt. Daisen for International students

Center for International Affairs of Tottori University and Shimane University are planning to hold a joint ski training tour for international students.
If you want to participate, please apply using the online Application Form.

Date	Tuesday, February 11 - Wednesday, February 12, 2020 Meeting time and place Feb.11 8:30am in front of the main entrance of the Administration Bureau in Koyama Campus and around 10:00am at the Academic Affairs Division in Yonago Campus Feb.12 The bus will arrive at Yonago Campus around 3:30pm and at Koyama Campus around 5:00pm. *The meeting time and place might be changed.
Participants	Only international students can participate in this tour. International students’ family, friends and researchers cannot join. *The number of participants is up to 25
Participation fee	11,000 yen　 Includes; - Ski wear fee(jacket, pants, gloves, cap and goggles) - Accommodation fee (Hotel DAISEN (With 2 meals per night) ※Transportation fee, ski instruction fee and ski set fee (skies, boots and poles)will be paid by the university.

If you cancel after January 15, cancellation fee may arise.

★The University will make the arrangement for ski gear rental.

★The participation fee does not include lift ticket fee and meal charge for lunch.

・Lift Ticket fee (group rate)　The lift ticket fee will be collected on that day
　Half-day (8:00-12:30)／Half-day (12:00-16:30)：1,500yen/Half day

★Students who participate in this tour must have joined the Personal Accident Insurance for Students(GAKKENSAI) or the UNIV. CO-OP's Student Mutual Benefit(CO-OP) . If you have any other insurance, please submit a copy of your insurance certificate. (Japanese translation is required.)

★We will inform the confirmed participants about the collection of participation fee and other details after Monday, January 20 by Email.
