1   Period of Stay

   April 1st, 2019 – The end of September  2019　 (Extension of stay will not be accepted.)

2   Requirements of Tenants

    Tenants must:

1. １．move out of the International House by The end of September  2019,
2. ２．pay deposit and cleaning fee when moving in,
3. ３．pay rent, common area fee and other expenses for tap water and gas through April to September, by fixed date of each month.

 
3   Applicant Requirement
Applicant must be an international student or a foreign researcher registered at Tottori University.
International students and foreign researchers who have already stayed in the International House for one year can apply at this recruitment (excluding those who were given permission for extension of stay at the previous temporary recruiting).
 
4   Number of Rooms Available
Single Room – 4 rooms  (2 rooms for men, 2 rooms for female, International house)
Single Room – 4 rooms  (Shirahama)
Double Room - 6 rooms (Shirahama) (There is a possibility of room share with same gender.)
   
5   Application Period and Place
Application period:  February 25^th (Mon), 2019 – March 6^th (Wed), 2019

6   Other

1. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available rooms, we will hold a lottery and the Director of International House will make final decisions on the selection.
   Please participate in the lottery, if possible.
2. Lottery will be held as follows:
   Date & Time   10am, March 15^th (Fri), 2019
   Place         International Affairs Division
   We will inform you whether the lottery will be held or not by e-mail.
