A summit lecture has been held as part of the Super Global Universities Project supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Today’s summit lecture, which is the 11th in this series, was given by H.E.C. P. Ricardo ALLICOCK, Ambassador of Jamaica in Japan. The Ambassador introduced Jamaican history, culture, tourist attractions, music and so on in a very interactive and entertaining way. A wide range of questions, including the political situation in Jamaica and Ambassador’s personal view of life, were raised by the students who attended the lecture and the Ambassador emphasized that there should be nothing young and energetic students have to fear; they should do what they have to do regardless of what is happening around the world and enjoy life.  The lecture was completed with a big round of applause from the audience.
