    留学生寮への入居予定日時を記入してください。

    • まだ決まっていない場合は、「未定」と記入し、決まり次第、国際交流課学生交流係（kokuko-gaku@ml.adm.tottori-u.ac.jp）へ報告してください。
    • 留学生寮の入居受付時間は、平日の9:00～17:00です。
    • 受付時間外に到着する場合は、ホテル等に宿泊し、翌日の受付時間内に留学生寮に入居してください。


    Please indicate the date and time you plan to move into the International student dormitory.

    • If you are undecided, please write "undecided" and tell the Student Affairs Division (kokuko-gaku@ml.adm.tottori-u.ac.jp) as soon as you decide.
    • The Reception Hours for international student dormitory is open on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • If you arrive outside the Reception Hours, please stay at a hotel for a night and visit the reception during the Reception Hours on the next day.

    どのように布団セット（※）を用意しますか？

    • 留学生寮に入居する人は必ず布団セットの準備が必要です。マットレスにシーツだけでは使用を許可できません。 
    • 自分で手配する場合は、必ず事前に手配し、入居当日から使用できるようにしてください。
    • 寮の付近は、歩いていける距離に布団を購入できる店はありません。

     

    How do you prepare a Futon set (*)?

    3. Pillows and Pillow Covers 
    •  All students moving into the International Student dormitory must have a futon set ready.  A mattress and sheets alone will not be permitted.
    • If you wish to make your own arrangements, be sure to do so in advance so that you can start using the room on the day you move in.
    • There are no stores near the dormitory where you can purchase futons within walking distance. 

    【参考】鳥取大学に注文した場合の布団代金：約10,000円（価格は上下する場合があります。）

    【Reference】 Cost of bedding ordered through Tottori University： approx. 10,000 yen.（Price may go up or down.）

  2. 何セット必要ですか？/How many Futon set do you need ?
    ※一人１セットは用意してください/Please order one set per person

  3. 【注意事項】

    1. 注文後キャンセルする場合、キャンセル料がかかる場合があります。
    2. 寮に到着後、1週間以内に料金を支払う必要があります。


    【Attention】

    1. Cancellation of an order after it has been placed may result in a cancellation fee.
    2. You need to pay within one week after your arrival at the Dormitory.

    【注意事項①】 入居にあたり部屋の区分を選択することはできません。

    　入居希望者が多い場合、他の入居者と相部屋（二人部屋、三人部屋への入居）になることもあります。

    【Attention①】 You are not able to choose room type.

    　If there are many applicants, you may be asked to share a room (double or triple room) with other residents.

     【注意事項②】 入居期間は、原則として、１か月以上6か月以内（※）です。 

    　※…入居日以後の最初の9月末日、または3月末日のいずれか早い日までを限度とする。

    　　（交換留学生、日本語・日本文化研修留学生、教員研修留学生、研究生など受入期間が1年以内の学生を除く。） 

     【Attention②】 As a rule, the period of stay is more than 1 month, less than 6 months(*).

    　*...The limit of stay is the first of either the end of September or the end of March after the date of moving in.

     　　(Excluding Exchange students, Japanese studies program students, Teacher training students, Research students, etc. whose period of acceptance is shorter than 1 year.)

    【注意事項③】 入居後の部屋の移動は原則できません。

    【Attention③】 As a rule, it is not possible to change rooms after moving in.

     【注意事項④】 寮は築年数が経過している建物であり当時の造りのままです。 新しい設備や環境を求めている場合は、民間のアパートを探してください。

    【Attention④】 The dormitory is an older building and is still in its original construction. If you are looking for new facilities and environment, please look for private apartments.

    【注意事項⑤】 寮の使用料の日割り計算は行っていません。 月末の入居であっても、その月の賃料は発生します。

    【Attention⑤】 We do not prorate the rent for the use of the dormitory. Even if you move in at the end of the month, you will still be charged rent for that month.
