To students graduating or completing of their study in August or September

Except the students going to a master course or a doctor course in Tottori University, the students leaving Japan for your country upon your graduation, completion of study, or withdrawal need to notify that they will not Tottori University students any more to the Immigration Bureau, they must report “Notificaiotn of concerning an Organization” there within 14 days after leaving Tottori Univeristy.

You can submit the notification via internet.

If  it isn’t be notifed to the Immigration Bureau, it may impose a penalty.
