出入国在留管理庁は、大学等に対し、留学生の資格外活動の状況を的確に把握するよう求めています。このことから、この調査を実施しますので、ご協力をお願いします。
The Immigration Services Agency requires universities to accurately manage the status of international student's activities outside the status of residence, so we will conduct a survey and would appreciate your cooperation.

    Are you currently engaged in any part-time work on or off campus? Please answer whether or not you are working part-time.

  6. 「アルバイトをしている」と回答した方は、アルバイト先の名称（会社名、店名　等）を空欄に記入してください。

    For those who answered “Yes” in Q1-5., please indicate where you work part-time and the name of the company, store, etc. in the space provided.

  7. 「アルバイトをしている」と回答した方は、アルバイトの内容について空欄に記載してください（販売、調理、接客、清掃　等）
