The purpose of this Kyoto study tour is providing an opportunity to have Japanese culture experiences and understand Japanese culture and history for international students. This is not a sightseeing tour, so that participants have to submit a report after this study tour. |

5,100 yen includes, -Accommodation fee(including dinner and breakfast) -Accident insurance *Lunch for 2days and transportation fee for the traveling in a small group aren't included in the participation fees. |

It is expected that many students apply for this tour, so that we will hold a lottery. If you want to participate in the tour, please come to IAD to apply for it. We will hold a seminar for the participants of this tour in February. The participants are required to attend the seminar. *We will give priority to students who haven't participated in the Tottor University Kyoto Study Tour. Application deadline for the lottery: Tuesday, January 21, 2014 Result announcement: Thursday, January 23 on the CIA Website The seminar:18:00-19:00, Friday, February 7 at KyotuKyoiku building 3rd floor, lecture room A31 *If you want to witness the lottery, please come to "Tabunka-kouryushitu" on 2nd floor of the Regional Sciences faculty building at 12:10, January 22. After the lottery, if you are selected as a participant of the tour please come to IAD with the participation fees and your national health insurance card by Tuesday, January 28. (Please pay the exact amount of money so that change may not be needed.) *If you don't pay the participation fees by January 28, we think you will cancel your application. In the seminar, we will divide international students into some groups for the tour and will talk about the research theme for the report. |

| Submission of the report | |
| The participants have to submit a report of the study tour written in Japanese or English on A4 paper to IAD by Monday, March 17. | |
*Please let us know your cancellation by 5pm January 28, if you decide to cancel.
Your participation fees may not be reimbursed when you cancel your application after January 29.
*There are no towels and toothbrush in the hostel so that please take them by yourself.
