Take care of yourself to prevent heat exhausion!

Heat exhaustion occurs when your body cannot adjust to changes of climate (e.g.high environmental temperature, humidity and sudden environmental temperature rise.)

People who are short of sleep and tired are especially susceptible to heat exhaustion.

Symptoms of heat exhaustion
Mild -dizziness
-muscle pain
-excessive sweating

Moderate -head ache
-nauseousness
-fatigue
Serious -unconsciousness
-convulsion
-high fever
-difficulty walking

How to prevent heat exhaustion
  - Often drinking plenty of water
  - Wearing a hat and dressing in cooler cloths
  - Resting under the shade frequently when you are outside
