1   Period of Stay

   October 1st, 2013 – March  28th, 2014　 (Extension of stay will not be accepted.)

 

2   Requirements of Tenants

    Tenants must:

1. move out of the International House by March 28th, 2014
2. pay deposit and cleaning fee when moving in,
3. pay rent through October to March by 20th of each month.
4. pay rent, common area fee and other expenses for tap water and gas  through October to March, by 20th of each month.

 

3   Applicant Requirement

Applicant must be an international student or a foreign researcher registered at Tottori University.
International students and foreign researchers who stayed in the International House for one year can apply at this recruitment (excluding those who were given permission for extension of stay at the previous temporal recruiting).

 

4   Number of Rooms Available

       Single Room – 5 rooms
        *Note: 3 rooms available for male and 2 rooms available for female
       Double-occupancy Room － 3 rooms
       Triple-occupancy Room － 1 room
 

5   Application Period and Place

       Application period:  August 6th, 2013 – 5pm, August 23rd, 2013
       Application place:   International Affairs Division
 

6   Other

1. If the number of applicants exceeds the number of available rooms, we will hold a lottery and the Director of International House will make final decisions on the selection.
   Please participate in the lottery, if possible.
2. Lottery will be held as follows:
   
       Date & Time   12:30pm, Thursday, August 29th, 2013 
       Place         International Affairs Division

We will inform you whether the lottery will be held or not via the webpage of Center for International Affairs on 10am, April 27th, 2013.
