(Important) To international students who will graduate from the University in February or March

A student with status of "College Student" is required to notify the termination of your enrollment to the Minister of Justice. Such student must report it by visiting a Regional Immigration Bureau Office in Yonago or sending a notification to the Hiroshima Regional Immigration Bureau.
*Even if you go back to your country as soon as you graduate, you have to submit the notification.

 
A notification to report the leaving from the organization
*If you send a notification by mail, please enclose a copy of your resident card.
(If you have recieved it from your supervisor and sent it to Immigration bureau, you don't need to send it again)
 
 
If you graduate from Tottori University and then you are going to enroll in another University, you have to report it to the Minister of Justice.
The notification is different from the above. Please use the following.

 You have to report the changes to the Immigration by yourself. 
 If you don't submit the above notification, you may be imposed a penalty.
