The Tottori City office sends you "a Provisional Resident Record" with the instruction and a postcard.
Please follow the instruction and check the record whether it is correct or not.

After you finish checking it please answer the questions on the postcard and send it back to the City Office by the deadline.
(The postcard doesn't need a stamp.)

※The residency card No. is different from the Alien registration No.. Please read the instruction.
