The 48th Tottori Shanshan Umbrella Dance

 

Why don’t you take part in this festival?

Tottori City holds this festival every year.  It will be held on August 14th this year. Participants in the festival walk along streets while dancing with umbrellas.

Tottori University takes part in this festival as a group every year.

Date and Time: 16:00~18:30, Tuesdsay, August 14

 

You should practice the dance with umbrellas if you want to join it as a member of Tottori University Group.

 

Practice Term: Every Tuesday and Friday (Twice a week) from Friday,  June 14^th

Practice Time:   From 18:30 to 20:00

Practice Place: International Exchange Plaza

 

Please come to International Affairs Division by Tuesday, May 15 so as to apply for the event if you would like to join it.

(You can't apply after the deadline because all applicants will apply the insurance.  So please apply by the deadline if you are interested in this activity.)
