Signed Confirmation of Enrollment to receive your February Allowance
Please come to the International Affairs Division (IAD) to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet for the allowance during the due dates as follows. If you are not able to sign during the stated confirmation period, please notify the IAD beforehand.

*As for the Japanese Government Scholarship, if you sign during the above period, JASSO will directly send your February allowance to your postal-savings account around February 22.
*As for other scholarships, if you sign during the above period, Tottori University will send your February allowance to your bank account around the end of Fabruary. Please sign the receipt at IAD after confirming the payment on your passbook.
*If you do not come to the IAD to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet in February, you will not be able to receive your February allowance.
Business Hours of the IAD: The IAD opens from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. The IAD is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
