Spring Home stay in Nagoya

　If you have interest in this program, please come to the International Affairs Division (IAD). Application forms are available at IAD office.

Term:  From 17::00 Friday, March 23, 2012 to 9:00 Monday, March 26 ( 4 days 3 nights)
Participation fee:  5000 yen , which doesn’t include transportation fee from Tottori to Nagoya and back.

 (How to apply)

①Student who would like to apply for this program shall talk with his/her supervisor and ask him/her to fill in the Homestay Application Form for School (Document B).

②Student shall come to IAD Office with the Home stay Application Form for School (Document B) filled in by his/her supervisor, his/her National Health Insurance Certificate and Receipt for its premium.

③Student shall submit the Home stay Application Form for School (Document B) and the following documents to Nagoya Home stay Volunteer Center by mail.
Application must reach Nagoya Home stay Volunteer Center no later than Tuesday, January 17, 2012

-Home stay Application Form for School (Document B)

-Contact of Agreement (Document C)

-Home stay Application Document for Student (Document D)

-Introducing Your Home Country in PDF file (Document E)

-A copy of both sides of student's ID

-A copy of student's passport
　
④After receiving the application documents, Nagoya Homestay Volunteer Center will contact (make a phone call to) each student's supervisor for confirmation. After that the application will be informally accepted. (If Nagoya Volunteer Center cannot confirm your application with the student's supervisor, they won't accept it.)

*Nagoya Volunteer Center will make a selection on the basis of the documents submitted if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available participants.

**Participants pay their travel expenses, and all personal expenses such as admission fees to tourist facilities, dining out costs, phone call fees etc. other than participation fees.

***Participants have to buy your own accident insurance.

*For cancellation on or after February 17, 2012, a cancellation charge of 1,000 yen will be applied, no exceptions.
