Caution! A rule of riding a bicycle

Bicycle accidents are increasing. It is very dangerous to ride a bicycle with an open umbrella and use a cell phone when you are riding a bicycle.

Tottori prefectural traffic law will impose a fine (up to 50,000yen) from October 1^st if you do above acts and your bicycle doesn’t have any bells.
