Signed Confirmation of Enrollment
to receive your March Allowance 

Please come to the International Affairs Division (IAD) to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet for the allowance during the due dates as follows. If you are not able to sign during the stated confirmation period, please notify the IAD beforehand.

*As for the Japanese Government Scholarship, if you sign during the above period, JASSO will directly send your March allowance to your postal-savings account around March 17th. For the scholarship students of Student Exchange Support Program (Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan) and Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme Scholarship, the IAD will inform you of the date by which you should receive your allowance.
 *If you do not come to the IAD to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet in March, you will not be able to receive your March allowance.

 Business Hours of the IAD: The IAD opens from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. The IAD is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
