Signed Confirmation of Enrollment to receive your March Allowance

Please come to the International Affairs Division (IAD) to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet for the March allowance during the due dates as follows.
If you are not able to sign during the stated confirmation period, please notify the IAD beforehand.

*As For students on the Yonago Campus, please follow the Gakusei-kakari's guidance.  

*As for students on the Arid land research center, please follow the office of ALRC's guidance.

 
*As for the Japanese Government Scholarship, if you sign during the above period, JASSO will directly send your March allowance to your postal-savings account around March 19th.

*If you do not come to the IAD to sign the Confirmation of Enrollment sheet in March, you will not be able to receive your March allowance.

Business Hours of the IAD: The IAD opens from 8:30am to 5:15pm. The IAD is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
