The 52nd Tottori Shanshan Umbrella Dance

Why don’t you take part in this festival?

 

Tottori City holds this festival every year.  It will be held on Sunday, August 14th this year. The participants of this festival walk along streets while dancing with the umbrellas at the festival.

Tottori University takes part in this festival as a group every year.

 

If you would like to join it, please come to International Affairs Division by Friday, June 10 .

※You can’t apply for it after the deadline.

※You can’t apply for it if you can’t perform on August 14.

 

You must practice the umbrella dance if you want to join it as a member of the Tottori University Group.

Practice Term: Every Tuesday and Friday (Twice a week) from Tuesday, June 14^th

Practice Time: From 18:30 to 20:00

Practice Place: International Exchange Plaza
