Japanese Government scholarship students who will complete their current course (except PhD program) in March 2015 or September 2015 have a chance to apply for either Master’s course or PhD program as a Japanese Government scholarship student. 

The International Affairs Division (IAD) has sent the detailed information to the professor supervising an international student who is eligible to apply for this.
Scholarships are recommendation-based, so please consult your professor.

Application period deadline: November  28(Fri), the IAD will not accept applications submitted after the application period deadline.
